Your Voice Matters
Sharing your perspectives, experiences and concerns will help JILA continue to move towards the creation of a work environment that values each person’s worth and empowers individuals to contribute in a meaningful way.
Please let us know here if you’ve experienced harm or discomfort in JILA, whether through words, actions or other means; and whether harm was or was not intended. Your submission is anonymous and will be used by JILA to support and educate all JILAns as we move towards a more inclusive culture. It is your choice as to how much detail and information you provide, knowing that our shared goal is to move towards a better JILA for all JILAns. Due to the inherent limitations of an anonymous, one-way communication channel this system is not designed to resolve conflict, mediate issues or to address harm. This CU Boulder Today article has comprehensive information on a variety of support resources available within CU.
If you have been subjected to misconduct such as protected-class discrimination or harassment, sexual assault or other forms of sexual misconduct, intimate partner violence (including dating or domestic violence), or stalking; we refer you to the CU Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) or the CU Office of Victims Assistance. JILA must report all misconduct directly to OIEC, even it is submitted anonymously. You can find more information on the OIEC website.
If you are experiencing a crisis or life-threatening situation call 911.
